Returns & Refunds Policy

At PsyCloud, each product is made-to-order, created especially for you after your purchase. Due to this print-on-demand model, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error.

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged, misprinted, or with a clear defect.

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • A clear photo of the issue is attached for verification.

Conditions:

  • Requests must be sent via email: info.psycloud@gmail.com

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • We do not accept returns for wrong sizes, personal preference, or change of mind.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days.

Shipping:

  • Average delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.
