Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers in Israel may request a return within 14 days, in line with the Consumer Protection Law.
As our products are made-to-order, cancellations are not accepted unless the item arrives defective, misprinted, or in the wrong size/design.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once approved, refunds are processed within up to 14 days and will only be issued to the original payment method.
