↩️ Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers in Israel may request a return within 14 days, according to the Consumer Protection Law.
As our products are made-to-order, cancellation rights do not apply unless the item arrives misprinted, defective, or incorrect in size/design.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within up to 14 days and issued to the original payment method only.
