1. Overview

PsyCloud is a streetwear brand blending psychedelic art with wearable culture. All products are made on demand and shipped worldwide through our fulfillment partners. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content available on this website are the exclusive property of PsyCloud. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and produced per request. Please ensure that all details (including size, address, and payment information) are correct before completing your purchase. Once production begins, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping through trusted logistics partners such as Printful. Typical delivery times are 7–14 business days, but may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country of residence.
PsyCloud is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by customs, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are misprinted, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

  • Customers in Israel may have additional rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (14 days for returns).

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or incorrect orders. Detailed sizing charts are available for all products.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Payments

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Shopify Payments or PayPal). PsyCloud does not collect, store, or have access to full payment card information.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PsyCloud shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. All products are used at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

8. User Conduct & Eligibility

By using this website, you agree not to engage in unlawful activities, interfere with site functionality, or attempt unauthorized access. Purchases are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or of legal purchasing age in their jurisdiction.

9. Customer Service

We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between PsyCloud and its customers, superseding any prior representations or information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of this website or services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
